Recent projects

Since 2018, my focus has been on the customer experience and how the customer interacts with ba.com, Iberia, and now easyJet.com. Within my role at British Airways Holidays, I have been accountable for leading UX design support for projects such as, homepage search bar, integrating Pay with Avios onto the BA Holidays website and the creation of A/B and multi-variate testing; generating millions in revenue with successful campaigns. 

Early career

Starting my career as a digital marketing assistant, I built up a broad understanding of the different areas of online marketing. From website redesigns to A/B testing, Event marketing to PPC campaigns, I have worked with many tools across different touch-points for a variety of different products.

Current role

My current role at easyJet focuses on conversion rate optimisation, analysing on-site behaviour, UX research, ideating new testing ideas, working predominantly with product owners and developers to create website experiments that have proven to create tens of millions of pounds (££) annually.
